Pendulum Lamp: A Study in Balance

This piece is a minimal product motion study exploring the relationship between form, balance, and movement. Using the Pendulum Lamp by Matej Štefanac, the animation focuses on subtle mechanical motion rather than spectacle, allowing the design to speak for itself.Set within a soft, neutral environment, the animation prioritizes clarity, restraint, and product presence. Lighting was treated as both subject and tool, revealing surface textures, edges, and the warm glow of the diffuser as the lamp opens. This project was an exercise in product storytelling through motion, using minimal animation to elevate design details and communicate usability, elegance, and balance.
