Kassim: A Colors Experience

Kassim: A Colors Experience is a character-led digital fashion exploration that examines identity as something lived, evolving, and deeply tied to color and cultural memory. Kassim is imagined as a man in motion, intentional about how he shows up in the world and open to experiencing life in full.Rooted in North African-inspired styling and visual rhythm, the project uses clothing, environment, and posture to communicate attitude without relying on literal storytelling. Garments were designed and simulated in Marvelous Designer, while the environments, props, and visualization were developed in Blender. The footwear featured across the visuals is an original design, modeled to align with the character’s silhouette and energy.Alongside the primary narrative, the project subtly expands into a parallel exploration of growth and transition. Using the same character model across multiple frames, shifts in styling and color mark different emotional states rather than different identities. Green appears as a recurring signal of momentum and permission, silently saying "go", a quiet nod to everyday cues of progress, while the alternate look explores a more personal, introspective theme.As an Experience Architect, this work treats fashion as a living system rather than a static outfit. Color becomes language, clothing becomes context, and the character becomes a vessel for evolving meaning. Kassim is less about a single look and more about how identity adapts, ascends, and continues forward without losing its core.
